Benji Moves In - 18 February 2008

Benji has joined our family, he's about one year old, loves everyone and is very well behaved. His hobbies are playing football, catch ball and digging the garden. We adopted Benji from the RSPCA on 18th February 2008, he was an unclaimed stray brought in by the dog warden.
We went to see the vet who gave Benji his 2nd vaccination and a health check and everything seems to be in order. He weighs in at 23kg and described as a large crossbreed. There's no strong resemblence to any particular breed but you can see German Shepherd and Collie in his colouring, ears and hair type.
He settles down well on a night and is good for the few hours a day I go to work. He loves his toys, though the squeaky ones drive me mad! Fortunately he has no desire to chew anything. He likes a comfy armchair or sofa on an evening, preferably with someone in it to snuggle up to. Benji's favourite place to visit is his Grandma and Grandad's house - they're always up for a game in the garden and there's a treat in the cupboard for afterwards.
